Lovely late 1920s cotton day dress.  Sleeveless, semi-sheer, smocked drop waist with purple embroidery at neck and waist, and tiny yellow roses.  In very good condition, there are a few tiny specks right above the waist and at the hem, the hem is unfinished and a few tiny holes in the skirt, see last photo.

Bust - 38 inches, but with the shape it may accommodate a little more
Drop Waist at embroidery - 36 inches, no elastic, this is a fixed size
Low Hip, about 7 inches below the drop waist - 50 inches
Length from shoulder to hem - 40 inches
Arm opening - 12 inches
